Added Cultural Docs for our Future

I think one of the strongest bits of magic we have right now is our culture, and for SSB to grow it's important to feed this culture. As part of this, I wrote up a manifesto of sorts called "Future Guides" that puts where we're at in the context of the web. It ends with a call for submissions for people to write about their own ideal futures. I am distilling these (incredible) visions into bullet points in a "Future Visions" doc.

The elements of this work can feed nicely into a video we make about scuttlebutt, that enthuses about it's culture as much as it's tech. And so I clarified this new direction in our README and in the ssb-intro-video document.
