web-bootloader 1.0.1 won't load my secure url in Chromium or Firefox.

In my test case I am running the bootloader at https://evbogue.com/ssb/ I have the patchbay 2.5.0 bundled and built on my server at https://evbogue.com/pb/build/bundle.js.

When I try loading the url https://evbogue.com/ssb#https://evbogue.com/pb/build/bundle.js nothing happens.

When I try putting the same secure url in the 'enter secure url' field nothing happens.

These urls are still live if you want to try them.

web-bootloader does work for me on my local if I use 'electro index.js' and load the bundle.
