Let's make things MODULAR!

This is a big pull-- it changes the main.py to be far simpler, and no longer displays each asana within this script. Now, the individual asanas are imported into main, and then organized as you'd like within the kriya function. I also changed each function to include "duration", so you can set the amount of time you want to do the asana within the kriya.
