message type subscriptions

People should be able to choose the types of messages they want to see in the public feed. For example, whether to show git-ssb and ferment posts. I think that by default, it should be no. They would still show up on profiles, or if you were at-mentioned.

This will become a problem as we use ssb for more things. I know a lot of people I want to bring on who won't care about seeing everything I push to git and may find it a bit annoying. I'm sure there are more examples of this.

@matt I think this is a good solution for this problem. Would a message type subscription be a public message? Would core types (post, contact, about, vote) - be subscribed to by default?

@cel Good question about whether it should be public. Not sure. I've been trying to do as much as possible public (mainly to avoid a separate settings store). I think probably yes, because then you know what types of messages people will see.

And yes, I think core types should be subscribed by default.
