comment & close is not obvious

I was about to ask for a "comment and close" feature, then I tried, and it already worked! so it's not clear that was what it did. maybe someone writes something really flamey, then decideds, nah, I won't say that - just close the issue. And then posting something they regret.

I suggest "close" changes to "comment and close" when you enter some text.
