~*~ Include the user's Public Key, and not just their chosen name ~*~

Step 5 is "Find me and Friend me" which has the scuttler put in their chosen name on SSB. Since multiple people can share the same name, this can make it hard for the invitee to find you. Instead, it should be "I go by this {username}, but use this {public-key} to find me. The public key is like my techno-signature, that proves it is me you're friending and not some other {username}.

This will require expanding the question in the tool to: "What's your username?", and then, "What's your public key?"

I added this, plus a full config file so you wouldn't have to type in yr pub key each time. Find out more details in the pull request
