# Can I switch apps easily?

*If I decide to move from one Scuttlebutt app to another, can I keep my feed and history?*

Yep! If you use the same private key (found at .ssb/secret).  This is a short answer...but there's not much else to say.  Scuttlebutt is simple and cool that way.
