Values in dictionaries generated by .ini files are not properly called in config-fun.py

The goal of the kriya helper overall is to be able to write down your personal routines as .ini files, that can be fed into the system to generate the timers and pose screens. I've created a file (morning-kriya.ini) and a process to test whether the method works (config_fun.py). But I cannot figure out how to turn the key and value in the .ini file into a function(parameter) in the program. In other words, breathoffire: 3 should become breathoffire(3)
