scatter -- short chat messaging on secure-scuttlebutt

an alternative to twitter -- scatter!

This is a one-off ssb client, I'm not sure if I'm going to maintain it. I love the simplicity of scat over ssb, so I figured why not simplify mvd to only show scat messages? If I only account for scat messages, I can make a much simpler and faster ssb client than trying to account for everything.

Try it, if you like it, fork it and make it your own.
