Finally found a message that mentioned

git repo patchwork-next

with a widget to open a new issue. My new issue is: Since patchwork-next has a lot of integration with ssb-git, and apparently does allow opening a new issue if you can find a previous message that allows it, make it easier to open new issues on ssb-git without such a search. Like, offer a button on the form to publish a new public message, where you can enter the cypherlink to the repo.
