Rollup git-ssb push mesages

Things are getting a little too git up in my social feed right now.

Should display pushes as mini posts in reply to original repo message.

hacky support for this added in %We90RPd...

It can be better, though.

Probably should break the git-update messages apart and list the individual events like "commit", "tag", "branch" etc.
